Quan Yin is a representative on the Karmic Board of the seventh ray in the new consciousness of the Aquarian Age.

She brings in qualities of compassion and gentleness. She also brings in a quality of feeling within through both men and women. Her qualities are mercy and forgiveness for humanity.

She is the most gentle of the ascended masters and works with a dragon for protection.
